Niall is a chartered engineer with an engineering education from UCD and Southbank, London. He began work on consulting side in London gaining experience of some large high profile projects. In 1992, Niall returned to Ireland and joined T Bourke. In 2007, he took up the role of Managing Director. He has been Director in charge for some of the companies largest projects including Department of Agricultural Laboratories, Four Seasons Hotel, Custom House Plaza and George’s Dock.

David is a Chartered Building Services Engineer (CIBSE) with Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He is a member of Engineers Ireland and fellow of CIBSE. He is also past chairman of CIBSE Ireland region. He has over thirty years experience across consulting and design, project management and sales. He was appointed to Business Development Director at T Bourke in 2015. He is also Managing Director of Hospital Technical Systems and Director at Killarney Mechanical Services. David works across the T Bourke group of companies on business development, resource management, project leadership and company growth.

Louise began her career in the travel industry. Bringing her experience in coordination and client management, she joined T Bourke in 2023, where she now oversees accounts and payroll. Louise is responsible for budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with industry standards while supporting the financial stability of project teams.

Sinead joined T Bourke accounts team in 2018. She has previously worked in M&E and general building companies with over fourteen years of experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of accounts payable, receivable, sub-contractors and payroll. In addition to Sinead’s extensive experience in construction accounts, she is a qualified internal QMS auditor and is a key member of our team.

Justyna provides high-level administrative, documentation and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across the T Bourke portfolio. This role is central to the efficient management of project documentation, communication flows, reporting, procurement support and compliance. Justyna acts as a key link between project teams, commercial teams, clients, subcontractors and internal support functions, ensuring that project information is accurate, organised and delivered on time. She is a key member of the T Bourke team.

Andrew has worked with T Bourke since 1989 and over the years has gathered a wealth of experience across a diversified project portfolio. He was educated at DIT Bolton street and today is one of the company’s most capable Projects Manager. His training is up to date with MSIC ongoing courses including CIF communications course. Andrew has been involved in some of the companies major projects and is able to lead all project sizes from coordination to commissioning.

Gary is a qualified electrician by trade. He has been with T Bourke for in excess of 20 years and during that time has worked on projects in all sectors of the industry from hospitality, education, Hospitals, medical facilities, clean rooms, commercial office/ retail developments and residential developments. Gary has also gained vast experience in the design and delivery of full natural ventilation installations since the company formed a partnership  with Windowmaster in 2006 ,an  international leader in natural and smoke ventilation.

Carl is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover. John Paul (JP) has been working with T Bourke since 2012. JP started his career in the electrical trade apprenticeship scheme. He was based out of our regional office in Limerick and learned his trade on various commercial and industrial projects primarily based in the munster area.

JP is a qualified electrician by trade complemented by a higher certificate in electrical services engineering and more recently a degree in electrical engineering services. JP has demonstrated his educational ability along with his practical experience. Today, JP forms part of T Bourke electrical management team. He is a key player in our electrical team with the ability to deliver project from coordination to commissioning and handover.

Ger is an experienced plumber by trade and RGI registered. He completed a Higher level certificate in Building Services Engineering at DIT in 2010. He continues to further his credentials and achieved ACIBSE grade in 2017. In 2014, he was appointed to the role of estimator where is practical experience allows competitive quotes and project bids. Recently, Ger was promoted to Project Manager and is currently managing several mechanical projects from coordination to commissioning.

Robert works within the Technical Services division of T Bourke. He supports the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, technical inspections, commissioning support and small works across healthcare, commercial and industrial sites. Robert provides hands-on support with specialist building services team—including HVAC, ventilation, medical gases, boilers, pumps, controls and compliance equipment—while working alongside senior engineers and project teams.

Peter joined T Bourke in 2018. He has a BEng Building Service degree qualification from DIT Bolton street following a return to education. Peters experience coupled with his knowledge of services has allowed him to estimate and quote projects from a practical point of view. Peter is an important member of our team producing competitive tenders and accurate costings for project teams.

Eldho is qualified in computer-aided draughting and design, his experience in both manufacturing and construction industries. Eldho is certified in CAD by City & Guilds and in Revit MEP by Autodesk, he specializes in the design and coordination of mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects. Eldho’s role includes generating as-built drawings for client records and supporting Project Managers, Engineers, and site installation teams.
