Mechanical and Electrical services delivery for research and innovation ‘An Teagasc’ facility at Moore Park, Fermoy. Three-storey €6.5 Million development designed by CJ Falconer & Associate Architects and built by Conack Construction. The facility will provide office accommodation, business incubation suites, application suites, laboratories, and cafeteria. The new development will accommodate industry and clients in R&D programmes, within dedicated office and laboratory units.
